Trupula is currently in Private Beta. Features, wording, and behavior may continue to change as the product improves.

You should expect ongoing updates. Material changes to these terms should be communicated appropriately before they materially affect users where practical.

Use Trupula lawfully and responsibly. Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another person's data, interfere with the product, or upload malicious or unlawful content.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account, protecting your login credentials, providing accurate information where practical, and activity performed through your account.

You may add home information, projects, assets, receipts, costs, documents, and files to Trupula.

You are responsible for what you choose to upload and should have the right to store or share that material in your Trupula account.

Trupula helps organize homeowner information. It does not replace licensed contractors, inspectors, legal professionals, financial professionals, insurance professionals, or other qualified experts.

Use your judgment and consult the right professional when a home decision needs expert guidance.

During Private Beta, Trupula may change, improve, pause, or remove beta features. Availability is not guaranteed, and bugs or interruptions may occur.

The goal is to keep improving the product while being transparent about what is still early.

Users can currently reset or delete Trupula application data. Permanent account-deletion controls are still being finalized during Private Beta.

This wording is intentionally transparent so users understand the current state of the product.

Trupula is provided during beta without a promise that every feature will always work perfectly. Please keep your own backup copies of any information you consider especially important.
